How many Bicep Heart videos does each credit pack cover?
At 768P: Single (10 credits) covers 2 videos, Duo (50) covers 10, and Crew (250) covers 50. At 2K the same packs cover about 1, 6 and 31 videos because each 2K render costs 8 credits.
Do failed Bicep Heart renders cost credits?
No. A failed render returns its credits automatically, so you only pay for finished files. If a job is still processing, let it finish rather than submitting a duplicate.
